Stellaaaa!With Winter Storm Stella expected to deliver more than a foot of snow and blizzard-level winds today, Yale and New Haven are effectively shut down today. The university is closed, and all non-critical employees have been told to stay home; the city has imposed a travel ban on its streets. Students staying in the residence halls over spring break received packages of food yesterday to sustain them until the worst is over.
